Driven By Data: Middle School and High School Assessment Analysis Sheet
July 19, 2011 | Leave a comment
From Paul Bambrick-Santoyo’s Driven By Data: A Practical Guide to Improve Instruction, this resource is a template of an assessment analysis and instructional plan for middle school and high school teachers.
This interim assessment analysis consists of three parts. Part 1 involves a quick analysis aimed at answering the questions in the questionnaire below. Part 2 includes a detailed analysis of which standards students need work on divided into whole-class needs and small-group needs as well as ideas for how to teach each standard. Part 3 is a more detailed 6-week instructional plan that will lay out when and how you will teach each standard.
