Downloading Instructions for Common Core Videos on vimeo.com

The Common Core videos can be viewed or downloaded from the EngageNY website on the pages for each respective video.

If you wish to download any of the videos directly from Vimeo, you may use the following procedure:

1. Go to http://vimeo.com/ and log in with your username and password, or join by providing your email and choosing a password.

2. Search for engageny in the search bar in the upper-right hand corner of the page.

3. Choose a video you would like to download.

4. Scroll down to “About this video” on the bottom-right hand corner of the page.

5. Click the link to download the video.

6. Make sure the file saves as an MP4 (not an html or Internet document).

7. You should be able to use most media players for this video, including Real Player, Windows Media Player and Quicktime, but may require free software that can be downloaded here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Codec-Packs-Video-Codecs/KLite-Codec-Pack.shtml
