Commissioner King spoke at the fall conference of the New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS).  The Commissioner’s speech focused on superintendent leadership as it relates to the key points of the Regents Reform Agenda.

Highlights include: the need to focus on preparing students for college and careers; mandate relief efforts; work underway in common core and assessment implementation; teacher and leader evaluation; and the ESEA waiver.
